Most builds take 4–6 weeks from brief sign-off to launch. The timeline depends on project size and how quickly we receive content, feedback, and approvals. We agree a clear schedule at the start and keep you updated throughout.
Yes — you’ll need hosting and a domain in place. We can recommend reliable providers and point you in the right direction, but these are separate costs outside the build price. If you already have a host and domain, we’re happy to work with those.
Absolutely. WordPress is one of the most user-friendly platforms available. Once your site is built, you can update content, add blog posts and manage pages without any technical knowledge. We’ll also walk you through the basics at handover.
We work through a design concept phase before any development begins, so you can approve the look and feel of your site before we build it. Two rounds of revisions are included in the process. Any additional changes can be discussed separately.
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support at no extra cost. After that, we offer monthly maintenance and care plans if you’d like us to handle updates, security, backups, and performance monitoring on an ongoing basis.
Yes — a complete redesign is included in our standard packages. We’ll review your current site, carry over content you want to keep, and build something that performs significantly better in terms of design, speed, and conversions.
